The American Jacin Giordano shows here an alternative path to the standardization of painting, preferring the imperfect gesture. Similar to puzzles in potential evolution, assembled without preparatory diagrams, Jacin Giordano’s paintings appear almost like construction games in which the eye is invited to get lost and reassemble elements. Each work constitutes a possible solution for the artist. He reconfigures the possibilities of painting going as far as sculpture.<\/p>\n
He received his MFA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
